This is a pair of bas-relief in Art Nouveau style finished in gold leaf. The dimensions of each is 74x31x3 cm and they were made in marble resin. These reliefs are representation of the painter Alfons Maria Mucha. Alfons Maria Mucha, who is often known in English and French as Alphonse Mucha, was a Czech Art Nouveau painter and decorative artist, known for his distinguished art. He produced many paintings, illustrations, advertisements, postcards, and designs. Alfons Maria Mucha, is a poster designer, illustrator, printmaker, painter and decorator, who led the Art Nouveau style.
